The Argus Newspaper is a relatively small local Newspaper in Fremont California which has made a name for itself for being the newspaper with the most retractions in the Bay Area. So besides being incredibly biased, they print information that is just flat out wrong. The Argus can twist facts like a pretzel, giving the term "duplicitous journalistic integrity" a new name.

Yet Again, more Misinformation when you pick up your Newspaper!

More misinformation and publishing woes at the Argus Newspaper the other day...
I guess most residents in Fremont mistakenly read something in the Newspaper and by and large whole heartedly believe everything they read ...even when it is something as mundane as incorrectly announcing the trash day pick up. Yes folks even this is gobbled up by the minimalist minded public..ahem..by all means Fremont folks please don't bother to check your resources...its easier to read the Argus and regurgitate it later to others. Well unfortunately, most people in the tri-city area did actually read the advertisement endorsed by the Argus telling residents trash day was going to be changed from their regular schedule. However, it was not changed and Newark's Tri-Cities Waste Management company was "inundated with calls this week after The Argus published information stating that garbage pickup would be delayed by one day because of the Christmas holiday.” This may seem a little insignificant to many of you, but was very annoying for those who had an extra weeks worth of trash piling up, especially after the holidays.
